What platform does Edgefinder run on?+
Edgefinder is built on TradingView as a Pine Script® invite-only indicator. You need a TradingView account (the free tier works, but a paid TradingView plan is recommended for multi-chart use and real-time data). When you subscribe, we automatically add you to the script.
What markets does it work on?+
Edgefinder was built for and tested on NQ / MNQ futures, which is our primary market. It also works on ES, MES, CL, GC, and most liquid futures, as well as major forex pairs and large-cap stocks on 1-minute to 15-minute timeframes. Results vary by instrument — we optimize for volatile, liquid, session-driven markets.
Do you guarantee I'll make money?+
Absolutely not, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. Trading involves substantial risk and you can lose more than you invest. Edgefinder is a tool that helps identify high-probability setups — it doesn't trade for you, and it doesn't replace discipline, risk management, or experience. Is Edgefinder good for beginners?+
It's approachable, but it's not a shortcut. Beginners often get more value from the Discord community and the morning sessions than from the indicator alone at first. If you're brand new to futures trading, we recommend starting with the Discord, watching a few sessions, and paper trading before putting real capital at risk.
What if the indicator stops working?+
TradingView invite-only scripts are maintained continuously. If there's ever a platform-side issue, we push fixes fast. Active subscribers also get all updates and new features automatically — no extra cost, no re-buying.
Do you provide trade signals or do I need to use the chart?+
Edgefinder plots signals directly on your TradingView chart — you see them in real time and can set alerts. In the Discord, we also discuss live setups during morning sessions, but this is not a "copy my trades" service. You're responsible for your own execution and risk management.
