Refund Policy
7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: If Edgefinder isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first purchase and we'll refund you in full. No lectures, no hoops.
1. Our Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you purchase Edgefinder (or any Wicked Algo paid product) and decide within 7 days of your purchase that it isn't right for you, you can request a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first purchase only.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 7-day window:
- Email support@wickedalgo.com from the email address you used to purchase
- Include your order number (you'll find this in your Whop receipt)
- Optionally (and appreciated but not required): tell us what didn't work for you, so we can improve
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds return to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
3. What's Covered
- Edgefinder Monthly — refund available within 7 days of first purchase
- Edgefinder Yearly — refund available within 7 days of first purchase
- Edgefinder Lifetime — refund available within 7 days of purchase
- Wicked Algo Academy (when launched) — refund available within 7 days, subject to less than 30% of course content consumed
4. What's Not Covered
The 7-day guarantee does not apply to:
- Subsequent billing cycles. If you continue your monthly or annual subscription beyond the first 7 days, subsequent renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your Whop dashboard.
- Partially used subscriptions past 7 days. If you've used the Service for more than 7 days, we don't offer prorated refunds.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service. This includes sharing account credentials, attempting to reverse engineer our indicators, or violating Discord community rules.
- Third-party products. Prop firm subscriptions, TradingView subscriptions, broker fees, and any other third-party services are not our products and are subject to their own refund policies.
- Trading losses. We do not refund trading losses incurred while using our tools. See our Risk Disclaimer.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation is not the same as a refund.
Refund returns money for a recent purchase and revokes access. If you're past the 7-day window but want to stop being billed, cancel your subscription from your Whop dashboard.
6. Chargebacks
We take pride in making refunds easy, so please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in your account being permanently banned from all future Wicked Algo products, and may be disputed by us with supporting evidence.
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear to abuse the policy, including but not limited to repeat purchase-and-refund cycles or claims that contradict clear usage evidence.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. Your purchase is governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
