We make no representation or warranty that any Wicked Algo product, service, indicator, strategy, signal, or recommendation will result in profits. Trading results vary by individual based on discipline, capital, market conditions, risk management, platform, execution speed, and many other factors outside our control.

Any examples, screenshots, or references to trades on our website, in our Discord, in our emails, in our ads, or in any other marketing materials are for illustration only and should not be interpreted as a promise or likelihood of similar results.

3. Hypothetical and Simulated Performance

Any performance results discussed in our marketing materials may be hypothetical or simulated and have inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Our indicators run on third-party platforms including TradingView® and require a working account on those platforms. We do not control the uptime, performance, or data quality of those platforms. Indicator signals depend on accurate, real-time market data; any data feed issue may result in missed, delayed, or incorrect signals. We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, or any cause outside our direct control.

6. Not a Brokerage

Wicked Algo is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. We do not have access to your trading account, do not execute trades on your behalf, and do not manage money. All trading decisions and executions are made solely by you on your own accounts with your own broker.

7. Suitability
